The more spare my descriptions, the more busy I am in “real life.” It’s been a whirlwind week, and I haven’t had a chance to do much on these sites other than social media. However, I have been playing Final Fantasy VII: Remake in preparation for playing Rebirth. I picked up the PlayStation deal that included both. I’ve been going back and forth between it and Soul Hackers 2 which was also on sale.

Shigeichi Negishi was an engineer and entrepreneur who invented the “Sparko Box” in 1976 which fueled the karaoke craze in Japan which would spread into a worldwide phenomenon.

He passed away on January 26th, 2024.

James M. Ward (1951-2024)

James M. Ward was one of the earliest players of Dungeons & Dragons with Gary Gygax and the creator of Gods, Demi-Gods, & Heroes and the Greyhawk Adventures.

He passed away on March 2024.

M. Emmet Walsh (1951-2024)

E. Emmet Walsh was an American actor known for his roles in The Jerk, Blade Runner, Critters, and Blood Simple. He had over 200 films and television credits on his resume.

He passed away on March 19th, 2024.
