This was a pretty horrible week for me. My cousin Emily passed away on Tuesday morning and I am shook. She was always the light of my life, keeping me engaged with the rest of the family through sheer effort and determination. Don’t get me wrong, I love my family. I do. I just get busy and caught up in my own shenanigans and then look up and it’s a whole new decade. But she was the glue that connected me to my family. I miss her, and I love her. Its a very dark world right now without her in it.
