Synopsis
Unruly teenagers, Helen (Allison Barron), Roger (Alvin Alexis), and Stooge (Hal Havins) drink beer and drive through the quiet neighborhood streets on Halloween. Stooge sees an old man (Harold Ayer) walking down the sidewalk and moons him in his pumpkin boxers before Helen drives around the corner and off into the distance.
Another teenager, Sal (Billy Gallo), sneaks up on the old man with a rubber rat and scares him. He drops his groceries and Sal runs off.

As he picks up his groceries, sweet Suzanne (Cathy Podewell), tries to help him but he calls her a whore and she runs off.
He picks up an apple and some razor blades, claiming that those kids will all pay tonight.
